Personality: A very strong person but often able to be provoked easily. Riah has a very bad anger problem and is quick to a fight. He will never back down and believes he is invincible. Riah is not someone who jokes around often but takes things very literal and has to be right all the time. Riah likes to try his hardest for something and is the typical rebel disobedient preteen boy when it comes to being told what to do.
History: Born in Nuvema Town, Riah grew up learning all about those trainers who eventually gained enough power to beat the Elite Four. When he was first hearing about it he knew he wanted to be just like that. Immediately Riah asked his father to let him get a pokemon and go on a journey. At the age of eight, Riah was told no and that he would have to wait until he was older. So the young wannabe trainer started looking into what pokemon he wanted to use and gain fame with. He grew up several years until he was able to finally convince his father to let him get a pokemon. On Riah's twelfth birthday he found Professor Juniper waiting with three pokeballs with starters in them. Riah started with Tepig.

Your trainer information seems all good, but there are a couple of fixes you need to make to Tepig:

1. He cannot have the Flame Body ability. The only abilities Tepig can have are Blaze and Thick Fat
2. Tepig will know Tail Whip at that level but not Heat Crash or Assurance, neither are Egg or TMs, so you have to get rid of them. You can add an Egg Move if you'd like ^^
