Battle Style: Percival is very headstrong and almost idiotic when he battles. WHEN he battles. Typically, Percy does not battle because he doesn't want to put his Pokemon through it so early in their lives. He much prefers training actually. During actual battles, he does not give too much thought to his battle beforehand. He does what he can come up with during battle, making him a very 'on the fly' type of person.

Personality: Percival is very stubborn and bold, taking risks when they aren't required and not being easily swayed away from his ideas. When thinking, he's rash and doesn't think ahead. He generally has a hot temper and can be goaded into things easily, like a child. Even with all of his faults, Perry is a general sweetheart and protects his friends with his life. He cares deeply for Pokemon, his, wild ones, and others. He also has immense sympathy for the sick, due to his own history of illness.

History: When Percival was born in Nuvema Town to an expert Pokemon Trainer and a Breeder, he was a frail child, ever since birth. He had a tendency to get sick or get harmed rather easily, to his parents' dismay. They loved their son deeply, but they were saddened that already in life he was at a considerable disadvantage. Despite this, they tried to help him live a happy and healthy life.

At the age of 6, he was first introduced to Pokemon. Up until then he had no idea what a Pokemon was. Immediately after the introduction to Pokemon, Perry began to get healthier. While no one had any idea what had caused this sudden surge of health. His parents chalked it up to Pokemon. Afterwards, it became much easier for Perry to make friends with other children. One day, while out watching Pokemon on a nearby Route, he met Harper Niemba who was accompanying her father on a field mission. She quickly became his first friend. After growing up to the age where he could have Pokemon, Percival received an Oshawott as a gift from Professor Juniper, which he promptly named Capricus.
