Xiaolin Showdown Mini-RP Registration

Okay, so I'm bored and obviously I like the show Xiaolin Showdown. So it's fairly simple, there are two sides to the conflict over Shen Gong Wu, The Xialon Monks and the Heylin.
Xiaolin are the good guys and Heylin are evil. Each side has a NPC that can detect Shen Gong Wu, the Xiaolin have a dragon named Dojo and the Heylin have a 15,000 year old witch sealed as a ghost named Wuya. (She's ugly and has bad breath.) Anyway pick your side and register yourself as a Xiaolin Monk or Heylin villian.

Personality: Jayzon is very calm and kind, but kind of bipolar. He can steal and plunder to achieve his goal. He's rather intellectual, due to spending a lot of time inside of a library, and can be very adventurous.
History: Jayzon was raised by parents who didn't really care about him. He was often abused verbally and physically. Due to this he was often at the library, reading and studying. One day, he found a book about these supposedly mythical items of power. They were called Shen Gong Wu. Jayzon's adventurous curiosity was peaked and, upon running away from his home, decided to try and find them.

Why does this character want the Shen Gong Wu: He doesn't necessarily want them, but he wants to document them to see if they exist or not.
Powers: Athleticism- Jayzon is a natural athlete, competing in 400 m. and Hurdles and such. Therefore establishing that he has great stamina and speed.
Parkour Skills- Jay climbs often to escape people that bully him, to the point where he is now basically a kangaroo ninja with cat reflexes. He can perform walljumps, go from rooftop to rooftop, and such.
Fighting Skills- His athleticism and general healthiness allow him great skill at martial arts including, but not limited to, Akido, Judo, Karate, Tai-Chi, Kung Fu, Tae Kwan Doe, and a self-made martial art based on one of his favorite TV shows. (Which is totally not a parody of Avatar The Last Airbender.)
Intelligence- Due to spending much of his childhood inside a library, Jayzon is very booksmart and has much knowledge. He knows a good bit about some of the Shen Gong Wu as well.

She doesn't exactly dress like that, but there's a good picture.
Personality: Shirlika is very selfish, in a sort of childish way. She's also stubborn, and upon setting her mind on something will not change her mind normally. She has a tendency to flirt and such. While she isn't inherently evil in her personality, her goal is rather evil. She works best under pressure and doesn't respond well to yelling.
History: Shirlika was born to a normal family, in a normal town, in a normal state, in a normal country. Normal normal normal. And to Shirley, normal was boring. She tried to stick out. Which she already slightly did with the silver hair. She was constantly teased and eventually ran from her town. But not before stealing a book from her family. She was told never to open the book. The book would corrupt her if she did. When the book was opened, Shirley found this to be untrue. In fact, it only made her shooting for the stars even more enthusiastic.

Why does this character want the Shen Gong Wu: To feel special. To break from the norm.
Powers: Magic- Shirlika has some slight sorcery powers, thanks to her little book. Little spells, like conjuring some fire or throwing out a thunderbolt.
The Book- Shirlika's little book can tell her when and where a Shen Gong Wu activates and, when she recovers it, what it can do exactly.
Running- Shirlika has much practice doing this and is hard to chase and track down due to this fact

Name: Lucian Christopher Jackson Hale

Allegiance: Shifting between Xiaolin and Heylin

Personality: Once a proud and honorable Xiaolin Dragon, Lucian fell to the Heylin with promises of power so that he could fight against the Heylin. However, he was unaware it was a trick and thus justifies his inhuman Heylin prowess as an asset to protect the world, despite often fighting with or alongside the Heylin forces. He is quite knowledgeable about the Xiaolin, Heylin, and the Shen Gong Wu, but seems to care little about on-going world events. He does not often enter direct confrontations unless he desires a specific Shen Gong Wu or wants to test someone's skill.

History: Born to the wealthy Hale family, Lucian lived with his parents in a small village near the Xiaolin temple. He lived the regular life of a baby and toddler until he reached age 5. The entire village and his family were killed and the village burned to the ground. Tough Luke would recieve the money when he became 18, he had no idea. He ended up in the hands of the Xiaolin Monks and trained with them, learned around the age of 10 that he was choosen to be the Xiaolin Dragon of Light and Darkness, a role that would require great attention. Lucian began going by Luke afterwards and begin extensive and rigorous training and studying. He studied much of the Heylin and became self-aware of his own fate. Set on a path around the age of 16 as a full-fledged Xiaolin Dragon, he bid farewell to the temple to live in isolation. During this isolation he crossed paths with the ghost spirit Wuya who manipulated Luke into pledging his soul over to the Heylin. Though it was an incomplete pledge, due to the duel nature of his powers. He was cursed by the Heylin as it twisted him into something beyond mortal yet, still not immortal. He later turned 18, inherited the wealth of his family and trained himself to sense Shen Gong Wu. It was revealed by him during when the Lunar Locket revealed itself, that the Hale family could trace it's lineage to ancient Heylin magic and a legend of a Demon Fox, as well that the curse possessed his being when he pledged to the Heylin.

Why does this character want the Shen Gong Wu: Maintain the scales in the battle between good and evil.

Powers:
Experienced Martial Artist - Trained as a Xiaolin Monk since the age of 5, Luke can maintain a focus achieved by many of the masters he trainer under, as well as fight and defend himself just as well. He knows many moves and counters, as well as the ability to fight with weapons such as staffs, claws, and swords.

Heylin Dragon of Darkness: As a side-effect of the corruption, his true form is that of a completely black shadow of himself. In this form, he has access to the other half of his Xiaolin Dragon powers, albiet they are twisted by the Heylin. He can bind and snare with black tendrils, lift inanimate objects and throw them, and become one with any shadow he touches for 2 posts.

Xiaolin Dragon of Light: While in his human form, Luke has access to half of his original power as a Xiaolin Dragon. His domain was the power of Light, and thus he can harness this light to blind opponents, snare them with chains of light, fire a holy arrow of light, or set something ablaze with holy fire.

Shen Gong Wu Insticts: Luke has attuned himself, able to detect when a Shen Gong Wu activates, however he will have no knowledge of what it is, only where it is. But as a former Xiaolin Dragon, he studied what Shen Gong Wu do what and has extensive knowledge on them .

Demon Fox - Luke is in truth, cursed to be a Demon Fox. Only brought on when he is a puppet due to the Lunar Locket and Reversing Mirror. His fur color and details vary depending on the owner's true alignment. He stands on all fours at around the height of a 7 foot tall man. In this form he can call upon blue ghost fire and flames, claw, bite, regenerate lost limbs over a period of time, and crave newly active Shen Gong Wu.

Weaknesses:

Jayden Erick Waller - A creature of honor, Luke has feelings of curiosity towards the boy Jayden. As such, he would honor the fact Jayden saved him from fully committing to the Heylin. Luke would lay down his very existence to protect the boy, and will interact and show respect to him regularly.

Lunar Locket and Reversing Mirror - Because he isn't entirely human, Luke is cursed with the ill fate of being a puppet to any who hold these two Shen Gong Wu, should they choose to. He will willfully appear before them and perform a ritual to transform himself into his true form and serve his master's every command.

Allegiance: Heylin
Appearance: Jay is a tall, thin young teenage boy with white makeup on his face, red eyes, and spiky, bright-red hair. He had a round, oval-shaped face, a pointed nose, a widow's peak, and thick, black eyebrows. He wears his signature yellow spiral goggles on his head, a long black coat with a high collar, black fingerless gloves, his heli-pack, black pants, and black boots. He had black marks under his eyes, which was obviously make-up.

Personality: Childish, Jay is a young teenager who simply wants to have some attention that he never got from his parents. Though he sometimes finds success as a villian, he would probably be a good hero. Though he choses not to because he is scared of not being able to do it. He is fearful and quick to panic when things don't go his way and can jump at the sight of Wuya. He can still be sarcastic, confident and full of himself.

History: Jay's mother was a woman that married into the Waller family for wealth. Though his parents do care for their son and provide him everything he could dream of having, he wants nothing but their love and attention. In return, he uses his skills in robotic engineering to make robots to help the Heylin side secure Shen Gong Wu. At some point he assisted the Heylin side in corrupting former Xiaolin Dragon Lucian Christopher Jackson Hale, but only suceede halfway because Jay felt some pity and 'accidently' interrupted the ritual. It was later revealed that Jay interrupted the ritual because he knew Wuya would toss him away.

Jay is physically weaker than most Heylin Warriors and his foes the Xiaolin Monks. He is often outmatched by both sides without help or without his robots.

Personality: Is a fan of keeping things balanced.  Not in the sense of two face where a coin flip affects every decision, but likes to make sure things don't lean to far to one side or the other.  Most of the time he silently watches from the shadows, stepping out when the time is right.
History:Not much is known about lloyd's past.  What is known is that he's had influence from both the xiaolin side and the heylin side, and saw the rights and wrongs of both.  It's from that influence that Lloyd began to work for himself, trying to keep the two sides balanced in the constant struggle for power.

Personality: Nekona is a very hyperactive person. She's always moving; never in one place. Having a bubbly personality, as well as the imagination and intelligence of... Well... A kid, Nekona tends to space out or creep out a person. Despite this, Nekona is relies on her instincts, and can easily outmatch her opponents with her cat-like instincts and moves. She also LOVES to eat, play, and have fun, so she'll be rather stubborn when it comes to working. All one has to do to get her to work, however, is to not refer to the work as 'work'. Call it a 'game' and she will do it. Nekona also likes to sing, dance, draw, and even write stories, and is actually very creative. Because of this creativity, she can sometimes think of great strategies, but only if she's ever in a deep enough trouble that she needs to get serious. Most of the time, she fools around and is almost never serious.
History: Nekona used to have a rather dull and sad life. Her family owned a small farm, but because they worked nonstop, they were always frowning. It made Nekona sad to see that, so she made up her mind to keep her family happy. Because of this 'promise', Nekona vowed to get strong enough to do just as she promised. Deciding to go to the Xiaolin to train at the age of 8, by the age of 10, she had learned and mastered two martial arts. By age 13, she mastered one more martial art, then began to fool around, thus her lack of a fourth mastered martial art by age 15.

I'm going to start it, we'll maintain a posting order and anyone else who wants to register can do so but must wait until it is their turn to post before joining. I'd like to try and keep it ordered, and remember don't rush it's for fun.

Edit: At anytime, if you wish to update your character's information, it must have altered IC. If your character reveals a piece of their past, you can edit those it at your leisure or wait until the end of a Chapter (ie the end of a topic). At the end of every chapter our characters will be updated by ourselves and I will list which sides possess which Shen Gong Wu as well as the Xiaolin - Neutral - Heylin members. If we remain limited in the amount of members by the end of the first chapter we'll be able to maintain three characters if we choose to do so.
