Randal Mizanin's Journey 01

After choosing his first Pokemon, a Squirtle, he went back home and packed his things up. He said farewells to his mother and phoned his father on Unova just to tell him that he'd start his journey now. So he left home and is a few blocks away.

"Maybe my brothers are setting on their first journey as well." thought Randal.

Squirtle is resting inside his Pokeball until he got bored and wanted a battle or maybe find a new friend and so he got out of his Pokeball.

"Hm? Hey, Squirtle, what's the matter?" asked Randal.

Randal kneeled down.

"I'm bored, can I have a battle or look for a new fella?" said Squirtle.
"Of course, you can. You can sit on my shoulder instead of resting in your Pokeball." replied Randal.

Squirtle then crawled on Randal's clothes up to his shoulder and he sat and looked around for a wild Pokemon.

"If we'd ever get a new fella, I'd be wanting a Rock Type. I'm not sure if we can find some Rock Types here. Well, let's go over there."

Randal went to a corner full of tall grasses and wild Pokemons. He walked around until he encountered a wild _____.

rattata level 8

"There goes a Rattata. Hey, little fella, forgive us but my Squirtle needs some EXP." said Randal.

Squirtle jumped down and got in a fighting pose.

"Okay Squirtle, use Tackle!" commanded Randal.
"Squirt!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle attempted a Tackle attack on the little wild Rattata.

it hit and rattata used quick attack

Squirtle got hit.

"Oh yeah? Squirtle, another Tackle!" commanded Randal.
"Squirtle!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle attempted another Tackle attack on the wild Rattata.

rattata dodged and used focus energy

Squirtle's attack was dodged.

"Hmm, Bubble!" commanded Randal.
"Squirt... blublublublub!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle attempted a Bubble attack on the wild Rattata.

it hit and rattata used another focus energy

"Squirtle, Tackle!" commanded Randal.
"Squirtle!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle attempted a Tackle attack to the wild Rattata.

Rattata took it and got weak then used quick attack,and it was close range thanks to the tackle attack

Squirtle got hit.

"Squirtle, for the final blow, another Tackle!" commanded Randal.
"Squirtle!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle attempted another Tackle on the wild Rattata.

Rattata dodged, stepping aside, then came right around using quick attack

"Squirtle, Bubble, quick!" commanded Randal.
"Squirt... blublublublub!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle attempted to counter the wild Rattata's Quick Attack by using Bubble on attempt to hit it on the face.

Rattata stepped aside, still heading towards squirtle

(Itrs using quick attack, dont dodge this one too quickly)

"Oh. Squirtle, WITHDRAW!" commanded Randal.
"Squirtle!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle hid on his shell on an attempt to make Rattata bump on his hard shell.

it hit and punted squirtle forward,then it started rubbing its head

(I thought it's weakened?)

"Squirtle, maybe you could finish this one up with a Tackle Attack!" commanded Randal.
"Squirtle!" said Squirtle.

Squirtle got out of his shell and attempted a Tackle attack on the wild Rattata.

Ratata was hit and it fainted!
You gained 2 exp!

Squirtle won.

"Squirtle! Squirtle!" celebrated Squirtle.
"That's nice. Well, Squirtle had fun now?" asked Randal.
"Squirtle!" replied Squirtle.

Squirtle climbed on Randal's clothes again and sat on his right shoulder.

"Well, let's go for Viridian." said Randal.
"Can't we go straight to Pewter? Can't wait for a gym battle." asked Squirtle.
"No way, Squirtle. Do not take things too fast. Gym Leader Brock's rules is to have 2 Pokemon to be able to fight him." answered Randal.
"I hate that rule." said Squirtle.

Randal giggled and they're off to Viridian.
