1] You have only stated that 3 pokemoon can use this TM. Are you sure this is all that should use it?
2] Your effect makes it seem like the attack makes it impossible for the trainer to make another attack usable. This would be considered godmodding to a small extent, and defeats the purpose of the battle being fun.
3] The accuracy is way to high, and ensures that the pokemon being attacked is always hit. This is godmodding, and prevents dodging for other pokemon if taken in consideration with the attack always being used per turn.
4] You mispelled opponent in Target [fix as suggestion]

So basically you're saying the move can only be used on one opponent throughout the battle unless either pokemon is switched or defeated?

no, if in a double battle or triple battle only, the attacking pokemon can only attack that target, not the other one.

So basically it's godmodding in the fact that the user can't attack the other pokemon opponent until fainting/ withdrawal? Even outrage doesn't do that.

Example: If axew uses tusk crusher on vanilite in a double battle, axew cannot attack any other pokemon with any move, and i lowered accuracy
