Visiting

Yukime walked through the area, taking in the sights. She could tell she was being stared at by some, due to her having both a Sneasel and a Vanillite out, both of which were following her. Many people seemed somewhat frightened, due to the apparent weakness dragons have to ice. Yuki paid this no attention, however, and went on.

A young boy walked past with a Druddigon following close behind. He stared wide eyed at Yukime's Pokemon, and a childish grin spread across his face. "Your Pokemon," he said, "are so... Awesome!" Without any sort of manners, he ran up to her Sneasel and began poking the feather atop its head. Rolling its eyes, the Druddigon grabbed ahold of the boy's shirt with his mouth and dragged him away from prodding the Pokemon. It gave Yukime an apologetic look as it held firmly to the squirming boy.

Yukime smiled a little. She continued on walking, pretty much showing that she didn't care. Fujiko and Onna followed, with Fujiko being slightly on the sour side. "I mind! I mind quite a whole lot! I don't like things touching my feather. Not even you!" She demanded mentally. "Yes, yes, I know. However you'll just have to deal with it Fuji. It's a little kid."

"I like your Pokemon!" the kid exclaimed again, "I wanna battle it!" Druddigon raised an eyebrow at Fujiko and rolled his eyes, but seemed fine at the idea of a battle. He stretched his wings and moved from four legs to two, letting go of the kid. Luckily, he stood by the mighty dragon.

Druddigon, Male, Level 15

"Sure." Yukime smiled wryly and sent Fujiko out in front of her. Just go along with it Fuji. She said mentally. "Fine, fine." Fujiko rolled her eyes. "You may have the first move young one." Yukime said.

Druddigon glanced at the boy, doubting his ability to even command him. Surprisingly, he nodded, and with an intent look, but as intent as that look was, the child still didn't know a single thing about battling. "Go!" he shouted "Use Blast Burn!"

Druddigon just shook his head, swept his tail from side to side in annoyance, and barrelled at Fujiko with wide and gaping jaws. He was using brute force to try and intimidate the Sneasel while also using it to power a Bite attack, straight in his foe's path.

"Fujiko, dodge then use Quick Attack." Yukime commanded. The Sneasel stepped out of Druddigun's path, then launched at it with a streak of bright white following her.

Druddigon may be good at brute force, but speed wasn't his strong suit. He could do nothing but cross his arms in front of his chest and bow his head to lessen the blow. This did help a small bit. Taking advantage of Fujiko's close proximity, Druddigon lashed out with wide jaws, trying to land a Bite while his foe was still close.

"Fujiko, dodge!" Yukime commanded. Fujiko rolled backwards, out of the way of the Bite attack. "Use Attract." Yukime said to Fujiko, who complied. She winked at Druddigun, attempting to infatuate it.

Druddigon just snickered and rolled his eyes toward Fujiko. Her attempts at infatuating him were more amusing than effective. Finding that the third time could be the charm, he once again opened his jaws wide and attempted to dive at and bite Fujiko.

Fujiko, not being quick enough, got hit with the Bite. She cried out in pain, due to her arm being between the Druddigun's teeth. "Hold on Fujiko! Use Avalanche!" A bunch of icy rocks and rubble formed and started to fall toward Druddigun.

Druddigon glanced up and grudgingly let go of Fujiko's arm. He turned and made a ducking roll right out from under the rubble and debris just in time. As soon as the Avalanche halted, he made another dash toward Fujiko. This time, he swiped his claws in a wide arch at his foe, attempting a Scratch attack.

Fujiko rolled out of the way of the Scratch attack. "Fujiko! Screech!" Yukime commanded. Fujiko nodded and began to scream, making loud, high pitched screeching noises.

Druddigon reared back in surprise and made a vain attempt at covering his ears. He shuddered, showing the Screech had taken effect. He shook his head and barreled at Fujiko again with another Scratch.

"Quick Attack!" Fujiko nodded and rolled out of the way of the scratch, then started to barrel into the Druddigun's side with a streak of light following her. She put her shoulder out in front of her, though she doubted it would make much more difference.

The Quick Attack slammed into the slow Druddigon, and it was finally enough to take him out. He stumbled backwards, cried out, then fainted, laying motionless on the ground. The kid held his Pokeball with both small hands and returned his Pokemon.

Fujiko gained 15 exp!

"Wow, you're strong missus!" the child said, holding out $250 to her. "You won, so here's my allowance."

"Thank you." Yukime took the money and nodded. "Keep practicing. Eventually, you'll be able to beat anyone." She gave a tiny smile, then walked off.
