The Rogue Pokemon

Sarafina was a bit worried when she got a call from the Nurse Joy in Blackthorn City. It was rare that she was ever called in to do a mission due to the fact that she was a free lance ranger. Sarafina came out of the icy passage to Blackthorn City with time to spare. She moved her hair out of her face and looked at Espeon she was being very anxious lately, really ever since she had gotten the call from the City of Dragons. She immediately went to find the Pokemon center.

Sarafina entered the Pokemon Center looking around for the nurse in charge and as she seen the woman with the pink hair she walked over. "Hello Nurse Joy, I am the ranger that you called in. The name is Sarafina," Sarafina told the woman as she adjusted her skirt. She listened intently as the nurse told her about a rouge pokemon that had been going wild on route 45. From the sounds of it the pokemon was very territorial. "Alright Nurse Joy, You can count on me," she told her as she left out. Sarafina thought for a moment and the reached her pocket and pulled out all her pokeballs. "Ladies it is time to go to work," she told her pokemon as the burst from their pokeballs. Gliscor and Shiftry shifted around glad to be free and then turned their attention to her. "Alright you two go ahead and see if you can spot anything or anyone ahead ok?" She asked the pokemon. As the shook their heads and rushed off she and Espeon walked on eager to see the rouge pokemon.

Soon her Shiftry came across an Accelgor (Male - lvl 22) which was roaming the route searching for trainers. No, Victims to ambush. Accelgor having used Double Team to search more of the area at once.

A few minutes after this Gliscor came across one of the copies which was also searching nearby for trainers, both weak and strong so, that he could prove his strength to them and then rob them for everything they had.

As Gliscor and Shiftry seen the pokemon that they had been searching for they turned and headed for Sarafina. They flew at top speed came right up to Sarafina and indicated that she was to follow them. Espeon and Sarafina nodded and took off at top speed and ran toward the area that her pokemon had seen the rogue. As Sarafina laid eyes on the pokemon she grimaced, this was not going to be a fun battle.

Accelgor saw them coming, or at least it's copies did, and was ready for them, grinning at the maniacally before launching an Acid Spray attack on them to keep them at bay.

Sarafina was not wanting to waste her time with copies. She looked to Shiftry, "Now use Razor Wind and destroy those copies." Shiftry immediately leaped into the air and conjured up vicious grey-silver wind and hurled them toward the copies of Accelgor. This would hopefully get rid of all the copies and give her time to find the real pokemon.

The Copies all dodged it and formed a group to make it all the more difficult to figure out which one was which using another Acid Spray attack on Sarafina and her pokemon.

She watched as the Accelgor copies huddled together and sent out another Acid Spray attack. Gliscor jumped in front of Shiftry to block the attack, Gliscor would be far less likely to be poisoned from the attack. She was a little curious as to what the pokemon would be attacking like this for but she did not have time to wonder she had to attack. "Now Espeon its your turn use Psychic to rip them away from each other, then use swift on them," she commanded her main partner. If these hit then the Accelgor would have some major damage dealt.

The Psychic move though couldn't get all of them, as each held onto another so, they couldn't be separated, knocking the stars away with Energy Ball.

Sarafina watched as Espeon growled at her failure. "It's ok girl we'll get them," she told her pokemon as she watched the Accelgor knock the Swift away with Energy Balls. She then had an idea, steel and bug types are weak against fire and she just happened to have a pokemon that knew a Fire-type move. "Now Gliscor use Fire Fang on the Accelgor," She said to her pokemon. Gliscor nodded and flew toward them with her mouth open and flames spewing forth from it.

(Accelgor is just a bug type not bug and steel)

Accelgor and it's copies all dodged it before using Energy Ball on Gliscor trying to deal some major damage to it.

Sarafina seen the pokemon dodge her attacks and she wondered what she could do about the Energy Balls. Then she looked to Espeon, "Now use Psychic and divert the Energy Balls. Shiftry you use Whirl Wind and knock them all back." She commanded as she watched her pokemon scurry off to attack the Accelgor. Espeon managed to deflect all the Energy Balls and Shiftry launched a Whirl Wind assault on the Accelgor. All that Sarafina could do now was hope that it hit.

The Accelgor held on to each other, using the Whirlwind to their advantage as they took off, using Acid Spray on them, the Whirlwind attack expanding the attacks range.

Sarafina decided that the best thing to do was to switch from offense to defense. She looked at Gliscor and Espeon and had an idea, "Espeon and Gliscor use Sand Attack and then Espeon use Psychic to hold it around the Accelgor. Next Shiftry use Razor Leaf to destroy some of those copies." She ordered hoping this would work.

Accelgor then used Acid Spray on the Sand Attack, causing it to melt the sand, then dodging the Razor Leaf attacks.

Sarafina was now done with all the attacks from the pokemon. She shared a look with Espeon and then started to call out orders to finish this rampage. "Now Espeon Psychic, Gliscor use Cross Poison, Shiftry use Razor Wind." She called out to them. If she could land these attacks that would more then likely end this pokemon's rage.

Accelgor was then held still by the Psychic unknown that it was a copy and it was destroyed by Cross Poison, another three copies being destroyed by Razor Wind leaving 7 copies and Accelgor around, the lot of them dropping and landing on the ground laughing menacingly before using Energy Ball on the group of Ranger Pokemon.

Sarafina was glad to have the pokemon copies out of the way but she needed to find out which one was the real Accelgor. She thought of something quickly and looked at Espeon for a moment. "Now Espeon use Fake Tears." She told her trusted partner. If she was right the only pokemon that should be affected would be the real Accelgor.

Accelgor remained where he was and raised an eyebrow as did the others, watching and launching yet another set of Energy Ball attacks on Espeon.

Sarafina was a little bummed that her plan had not worked but was not giving up yet. "Espeon use Psychic and deflect the Energy Balls back to Accelgor." She commanded. Espeon sent all the glowing green orbs back to the foe. "Shiftry you use Razor Wind, Gliscor use Dig and the come up with Fire Fang." Sarafina ordered as Shiftry whipped up another vicious wind and Gliscor disappeared under ground. She then popped up right next to one of the Accelgor and used Fire Fang.

The Accelgor disappeared due to the Fire Fang attack reducing their numbers to 6, then two more disappearing to further to reduce them to 4. These 4 avoiding the Energy Ball's and using Acid Spray on them again.
