Looks:Karina is a smaller then average teenager with piercing green eyes. Her copper hair is fairly uncommon and is nothing special to her. She has a lean and graceful look to most to see her. Her hair is curly and wild she is often seen in simple clothes so she can easily maneuver in different terrains. She has long eyelashes and thin eyebrows. She has an over all feminine look and likes to appear graceful. Most tell her she looks like she could break at the slightest touch but she is known to be able to hold her own. The scar running across her forearm is a feature that Karina does her best to cover up as she deems it ugly and unfit to be seen.

Personality: Karina is a fiery passionate girl that loves contests and pokemon battles. You can often find her doing what she loves which is training on contest moves and taking care of her pokemon. She often loves to visit Snowpoint City and train under the icy conditions that can be found there. She intends to become a master coordinator and win the Ribbon Cup. Her dreams are to one day have a battle with Wallace and Fantina, her idols of many years now.

History: Karina obtained her first pokemon from a foreign woman that had come to participate in a contest that was being held in Eterna City. The egg of the woman had hatched to reveal a Feebas that flopped feebly. The woman scorned it saying that it was worthless and too ugly to enter in any contest. Karina had dropped to her knees and begged the woman to allow her to have the pokemon. The woman only nodded her head and left leaving a scornful laugh in her wake. Soon she had feed the Feebas enough poffins and increased its' beauty that it evolved into a magnificent Milotic.

Karina's next pokemon came while she was with her Milotic training near Snowpoint City. She and Milotic had stopped to rest when they heard the most eerie cry coming from a snow drift. As she and Milotic went to investigate they dug for what seemed like an eternity they unearthed a Froslass. The poor pokemon was running a terrible fever and Karina knew that they had to get her to a pokemon center immediately. After Froslass recovered, Karina deemed it was time to leave. As she left the Pokemon Center Froslass came and followed her to the outskirts of town. Karina got the message and caught the Froslass making her part of the team.

The next trip that Karina had made was back to the house that her now deceased parents had once lived. As she journeyed to the village that she lived in as a little girl she noticed an sound coming from the abandoned house. When she entered she seen a beautiful Ninetails sitting in the middle of the empty house. The Ninetails stood proud and lovely, it had a defiant air about it. A fierce battle soon raged between Ninetails and her Milotic with many harsh blows that alerted many of the villagers. They battled for hours neither giving up, eventually Milotic caught the upper hand and delivered a decisive blow. That was the story behind the capture of Ninetails.
