The Pidgey Alarm!

Jason woke up early to get his first pokemon form prof. Oak in Pallet Town. He got dressed and made some breakfast and ate it alone, because his mother starts working early at some state owned company making money. Jason packed his stuff and made sure that everything's ready. He opened the door and the sun was shining encouraging him. He walked up to the famous Oaks lab, knocked the door waiting for him to show up.

As the professor was approaching the door,va wild pokemon popped up looking at the trainer. It was a pidgey, and it chirped at the trainer having smelt food on him. 'Is that you,' the professor asked looking through a small peephole.

Jason noticed a pidgey and waved to it. ''Oh.. Yes professor it is Jason.'' said he with great expectations. He never was in Oaks lab even tho his parents are good friends with Oak.

'I see, you're here to get your pokemon,' Oak said to Jason through the door. 'Well come in. You're late.'

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that." said Jason following professor Oak. When he entered he was surprised how the entrance was ordinary like in any other house.

Oak led Jason to a table near the center of the room, though slid a bit to the right. Oak looked at Jason, looking at the last pokemon that was available. "I hope you know mister tha there aren't any other pokemon besides that one left," he said to him without any loss of confidence. "However, I don't think that you should have any problems with what it is. Go ahead, pick up the pokeball."

Jason was so exceeded that he was barely managed to walk. He nodded and picked the pokeball. "Alright! This is the moment I've been waiting all my life. Pokeball go!" said Jason and from pokeball appeared little Squirtle. "Squirtle, squirt." said Squirtle. "Alright I got my first pokemon Squirtle!" said Jason in excitement. "Thank you professor."" he added.

Oak looked at the trainer and his new pokemon. "Now, just a moment before you decide to rush off," he said to him, turning around and picking up a couple of things. "I do believe you're going to need some things before you go." He turned around, and he was holding a back and a machine that he handed to Jason. "This is a pokedex. Use it to scan pokemon and learn about as many as you can! This is a bag. It has a few pokeballs and some money you'll need for food and traveling." He handed the items over to the trainer before he stood straight. "I'm expecting alot of you. Don't forget to contact me every once in a while so I can check your pokedex's progress."

Jason took the bag and the pokedex "Wow, my very own pokedex! Don't worry professor I will do my best. See you later.." said Jason and walked out from the professors lab.
Outside was still shinning and the day was perfect. Jason climbed the hill and for the 'last' time saw his Pallet Town. But when he just turned around he saw a pidgey staring at him.
"Hey you must be the same pidgey from before." said Jason trying to get closer to it.

The pidgey looked at the trainer and it chirped remembering him. It hobbled towards him a bit as a flock of spearow flew from a tree. The pidgey kept stumbling on their turf, and they sll started attacking it.

When Jason saw a group of spearow attacked poor pidgey he was shocked.
"Hey stop that you dumb birds, go Squirtle!" said Jason and throw a pokeball from which came out his Squirtle.
"Squirtle use Bubble on spearow!" ordered Jason while he threw stones on them.

Spearow - Lvl 8 - Female - 2 Hits Left

The female spearow took the attack, rolling a bit across the ground. It's friend became angry that it had been attacked, and it started attacking the pidgey. The pokemon wasn't going to be bullied so easily, jumping up from where it had been knocked down and starting to fight back.

"Oh no, they are stubborn ones. Squirtle tackle one of them help pidgey!... Pidgey fight back!" said Jason still throwing some stones he found.

Wild Pokemon:

Spearow - Lvl 8 - Female - 1 Hits Left

NPC:
Pidgey - Lvl 10 - Female - 2 Hits Left

The male spearow wasn't going to let his friend be hit by a tackle, and it rushed over pushing the female out of hte way, taking the tackle from the opponent and rolling a bit past the pidgey. The pidgey attacked the female after the male had rolled off, since he had been the one that was mainly attacking it. It's attack landed, and the female rolled a bit to the male. The pidgey gave a small screech as if being happy it ha dlanded an attack, and the two attacking birds got up, both rushing to ransack their opponent.

"Thats right! Squirtle show them your bubble attack again!" said Jason in disbelief that his first battle was going to be a rescuing. Squirtle nodded and blew bubbles on two attacking birds.

Wild Pokemon:

Spearow - Lvl 8 - Female - Fainted

NPC:
Pidgey - Lvl 10 - Female - 1 Hit Left

The pokemon's attack landed, sending one of the birds flying off into the bushes. A little bit later it was clear that the pokemon wasn't going to be approaching from the bushes. The pidgey took anothe rhit from the male, having been unable to dodge watching the squirtle's attack thinking that it was going to end up being the one hit.

Squirtle recieves 8 experience from defeating the wild spearow! Four experience are remaining until the next level!

"One down, one to do." said Jason but he knew that little pidgey is weak. "Squirtle lets finish this bubble attack!" continued he and Squirtle blew some bubbles again adding a little bit more effort.

Spearow - Lvl 8 - Female - Fainted

NPC:
Pidgey - Lvl 10 - Female - 1 Hit Left

The spearow flew up some, spiraling back down towards the idgey before it saw another stream of bubbles and had to manuever out. It beat its wings a bit rushing after the pidgey, the other pokemon running with a limp and jumping behind the trainer chirping lots as if trying to hide.

"Don't worry little fella. Me and Squirtle are going to save you from this nasty birds. Ain't that right Squirtle?" said Jason
"Squirtle!" said Squirtle and looked at the flying Spearow. He jumped and tried to tackle pokemon while it was rushing on him.

The spearow screeched flying back to the bushes. It had ben critically hit. The pidgey chirped in amazement.

Squirtle gains 9 experience! Squirtle becomes level 13! 5 experience remaining!

When Spearow fainted, Jasons eyes became huge; he jumped "YES! Our first victory!" said he and hugged his Squirtle - and he did the same. Then they turned and where pidgey stood now theres berries. "I guess this is his way to say thank you.. Ok Squirtle good job return." Jason returned Squirtle to his pokeball.
"Ok the next stop is Viridian City!" said Jason in excitement and while he was walking he saw something moving in the bushes.

It wasn't anything major. It was a simple animal, taking a small moment to look for some food before another bird jumped down over it trying to grab it. The small animal was a worm, and the bird seemed pretty hungry starting to chase after it. It kept following it until the worm burrowed into the ground, and then it was idsappointed. It leaned its head down a bit, hoping that it could have caught the small thing and at least have captured its next meal. It chirped "spearow" a bit before it walked away from the spot, bumping into the trainer's leg before shaking its head and looking up at him.

Jason saw Spearow bumping on his leg. "Lets see what are these Spearows up to?" said Jason and booted up the pokedex : Spearow has a very loud cry that can be heard over half a mile away. If its high, keening cry is heard echoing all around, it is a sign that they are warning each other of danger. Eats bugs in grassy areas. It has to flap its short wings at high speed to stay airborne.
"Oh i see. Why did your fellows attacked the poor little pedgey back then?" asked Jason hoping that the pokemon understands him.

The pokemon looked up at the trsiner, having no clue what he was asking.

"Ah.. I thought so." said Jason holding Squirtles pokeball and letting him out.
"Squirtle please talk to Spearow and ask it is he from that spearow gang?" ordered Jason. Squirtle did so.
