Battle Style: Felix's fighting style is best described as freelance. When going into a battle, Felix never appears to have a predefined strategy. Felix first observes the fighting style of his opponent and creates his own tactics that are designed to combat a specific foe. While he isn't the smartest person in the world, Felix is a good instant stratigest. Putting his good observation skills to use, Felix is able to take note of his opponent's actions and use them to his advantage.

Looks: Felix is a young boy with moderately tanned skin and mid-length, spiky black hair with bangs hanging just above his eyebrows. Felix's body build is slim, often being called scrawny by his peers, and his height is considered to be average for his age - while he may be taller than some of his friends, he also has many who are taller than him. Felix's round eyes are green in hue and his lips are thin. His usual attire seems to be centered around the color red - his signature clothing items being a white and red baseball cap that is always worn backwards, a white sweater with red cuffed sleeves and a single red stripe around the stomach area, and a pair of red and white tennis shoes. Accessories included with his apparel are his yellow finger-less gloves and the yellow backpack he carries. For leg-wear, Felix typically dons his favorite pair of blue jeans - tattered and ripped from being worn consecutively.

Personality: Felix is a joyful individual, wishing to enjoy life rather than be concerned with its tradgeys. The type of guy to transform a negative into a positive, his viewpoint of life in general can be described as optimistic. Felix's goal is to become the best - at what, however, is something that he is still trying to figure out. Felix is determined and loves the feeling of success so much that he is willing to fail - viewing failure only as a stepping stone to prosperity. Open minded, observant, and absorbent; Felix learns best from those around him and uses such a capability to his advantage in pokemon battles - often coming up with strategies based off of both the strengths and weaknesses of his enemies. While he may only be average in intellect, Felix's creativity is commendable.

Rashness is Felix's ultimate drawback. He can become deeply involved emotionally in situations, creating tension with others and creating new foes unintentionally. Felix's passion is both his greatest asset and his greatest fault, causing him to think irrationally during tense predicaments. Felix also has his fair share of stubbornness - especially when his moral code is questioned. Although he is willing to accept new ideas and critique from others concerning his pokemon training, Felix isn't as willing to listen to suggestions that he believes violates his sense of right and wrong. Impulse decisions are commonly put into effect by Felix both in and out of battle, his rashness persuading him to initiate ideas that are yet to be fully fleshed out.

History: Felix was born the second of the three children to a jovial family in Pallet Town. His father was a pokemon trainer who retired and became a police officer - eventually earning himself a high ranking position in Pallet Town's law enforcement. Felix's mother is an amateur pokemon groomer as well as a skilled hair stylist, known around Pallet for her abilities in perfecting the appearances of both humans and pokemon. Issac, Felix's older brother by two years, left on his pokemon journey the day he turned ten. Issac inspired Felix through his own achievements to one day begin his own journey as a pokemon trainer. Throughout their childhood, Felix and his younger sister Linda formed a close bond and shared dreams of one day training pokemon. Prior to turning ten, Felix made it known that he didn't just want to be an ordinary pokemon trainer, but that he aspired to eventually earn the title of pokemon master.

Personality: Basil is a foil of his trainer. While Felix is carefree and doesn't worry about concequences, Basil pays mind to every potential outcome of an event. Basil is independent, especially during battles. Whenever he doesn't agree with Felix's commands, he will follow his own intuition to escape what he believes will be certain defeat. In comparison with Felix, Basil can be stubborn. Sometimes, he will enact his own ideas even when they are not beneficial to the cause which he and his teammates are trying to pursue. Stern, serious, and relaxed are terms that can be used to summarize Basil's regular behavior. His primary hobby is sunbathing, which he prefers to conduct alone as a personal form of meditation. His dislikes are immaturity, what he perceives as stupidity, and fire.
