Where's the Gym?

Jake walked into the pokemon center and asked if a pokemon from the adoption center has arrived.

The nurse checked her computer. She was checking records to see what pokemon came in, whom they came in for, and when they came in. Fortuenately, the one that he was looking for was shown in the records. It had arrived. "Yes, it seems that you pokemon has arrived, and is in your PC at this moment." The nurse turned to check something, then turned back and said, "Have a nice day."

Jake goes to the PC, then grabs litwick pokeball from the PC, then he goes outside "where can I find that gym?" he says to himself, the three Poochyenas look around

A trainer approached Jake, wondering if the boy had a fondness for poochyena, considering that there were three following him aroudn. "Hello there, my name is Josh. I was wondering, but would you happen to know where the gym of this city is?" The trainer seems respectful, and it might be cool to challenge him to a battle, though it could be a downside, meaning that if a battle were to take place, both of the trainers may have to wait until a day later to battle in the gym.

"I was actually looking for the gym myself, we could look for it together?" he asked the trainer

"That sounds like a plan," Josh said, keeping an eye on the poochyena. He wondered if he should ask the trainer about them all, though he didn't really think much of it. "Who should lead, you or I," he asked, though he was hoping that the other trainer would.

"I will, by the way, I'm Jake" he said, the Poochyena spotted building that looked like a gym, she barked for Jake's attention. Jake looked at the direction the Poochyena spotted it "Here we go" he said

Josh decided that if a pokemon could locate where a gym was faster than he could, then he was a little dumb. And that's exactly how he felt as he followed Jake, and they walked towards the building. "I know that it isn't really smart to bet, but I'll bet 100 pokedollars that that building isn't the gym," he said. "Of course, I'm joking. I don't really have that much money at the moment," he then said, slightly chuckling.

Jake laughed a bit "I'm kinda saving my money, just to making a pokemon stronger" said Jake

Josh looked at Jake. He slightly idolized this guy. He had three of the same pokemon, all of which apparently adored him and cooperated with him, and he saved his money to make his friends stronger. This was a good quality in a trainer, he thought to himself. Josh continued following Jake, wondering if they would arrive at the gym soon. "So, how do you think you'll do in the gym battle," Josh asked, even though he probably knew what Jake thought.

"I have no idea, we have to wait and see" Jake said, walking into the gym

Josh looked at Jake a little funny from behind, as he was following him. Not many trainers were like him, and would say to wait and see how they would do. Jake certainly was a special trainer, and he was now wondering if he should ask to travel with him and learn more about pokemon battles.... "Hey, um, I have a question," he said, trying to figure out the right words to say.

"What's your question?" he asked, the poochyenas jumped off his shoulders and head, then the three go to his side

"Would you allow me to travel with you? I could use some help with battling, and I can certainly help with identifying some pokemon," he said, withdrawing his pokedex, which was almost completely filled. "I was given this by my grandfather, whom wanted me to become a professor someday, though I told him I wanted to be a trainer first..." Josh handed the pokedex to Jake to look at, and he waited for Jake's response...

Jake looks at it, then hands it back Josh "Sure, you can travel with me" he said, his Poochyenas run to the battle area, followed by their owner, he returned his Poochyenas "Alright I'm ready to battle"

Josh looked at Jake's pokemon. "Ya know, this gym has been told to have strong pokemon. Are you sure you will be able to handle the leader," Josh asked, slightly curious and worried. "I mean, my pokemon are strong like yours, but I don't think they are strong enough." Josh seemed to be right. The gym leader's pokemon may be much stronger than Jake was thinking.

(It shoudn't be lvl 50 strong thats for sure)
"Then I should fight to see how strong they are then." he said, with confidence.

The gym leader approached the trainer. "Hello there, I'm the leader of this gym." The gym leader looked the trainers over, then looked at them directly. "Are you sure you wanna challenge this gym? The pokemon might be a little strong for you," the gym leader said.

"Don't worry, I have full faith in my Pokemon, even if they fail, I know they did their best" Jake says

Closing as Jake is moving to a different topic, it doesn't matter about what happened as Jake only recieved Litwick from the PC
