Feeling like a B****.

So, long story short, I'm feel like I've been a total B**** to people on her because of their actions, not mine. So, if your wondering why I'm making this topic, it's because I'm not really sure whether I can handle cleaning up a failed attempt at an Event, and a Head-Administrator who can't even inform his staff before he does something. So as of now, people, begin your voting on whether I'm a totall B**** or I'm doing my job. Let the poll be open for 10 days, and we'll see what everyone thinks. And I don't want anyone lieing, I want the entire truth from everyone, so vote truthfully. If I leave it will not be everlasting. So do not remove my characters, and Admnistrator stuff.

Id like to say that ive had no conflictions with you what-so-ever. But id also like to say that Doragon is right and that there needs to be another option, I dont believe you are a b**** nor do I think you are working hard. So id say in-between -meaning there is no point leaving, just try to amend what ever is troubling you. There is always a way to resolve an issue... it just may be difficult to do so. To conclude -> There is no point putting this to a vote, we need an admin who can be a bitch to those who deserve it, helpful to those who need it and a friend to everyone.

P.S: If you cant get on the website yourself, inform another admin somehow so that they can announce it to us. Nobody is perfect, dont worry. :)

I realy dont know what is your problem. If you want to talk to anybody do that on a right way not like this. If you think im bad just tell me what dont you like and problem is slowed.

I'm not gonna vote, because usually you're fine and perfectly alright. Nobody questions you. But since this post feels like it was made in regard to the post where you told off Star for being hasty and not asking others' opinions, it feels like you're asking people whether you were just doing your job when you posted that. It seemed a bit more rash than it could have been, but it also sounded like the type of post that arises when someone is having a really bad day. Did that have anything to do with it?

No, I didn't have a bad day. I'm just sick and tired of being the Admin of Reason, because it makes me feel like no one likes me because I'm always deny applications and such because it doesn't follow Canon nature of things, or it's just plain stupid. I've been a handful of decent rp sites, but this one just stresses me out when I have to correct the smallest mistake that could be easily noticable, then possible having to argue with someone before the realise their mistake.

I for one do not hate on anything or anyone unless I have a TRUE reason to be against them... doing your job is something people should not descriminate over. If they do, use your Pokemanz(Aka: Absolute force!) on them!! SRSLY.

So the whole topic is actualy that i am a bad admin. If thats so i will leave this forum and you can moderate and own it. Its realy not problem. And you could do this on nice way just to talk to me or other admins, not to post this.

Well as Doragon said earlier, being a B**** is sometimes part of the Job, one which you are doing well.

Note; Starunner wasn't the only one that could tick me off like that. I've dealt with members who send me right up the wall, and it just really gets stressful and annoying that I come here to have fair fun and rp with other people, to find people creating horrible put together groups. Starrunner can leave if he wishes to, because this is his site. What this topic was meant for was too see if people wanted me to step down. I respect, the fact he wanted to do stuff for the site, but there are people who would appreiciate it if they could voice their opinions on something that isn't posted yet. I would rather Starrunner stayed, because Q-Boy is pushing for Administrator, to which i'm shutting him down because he hasn't even completed things the current staff had asked him, which ticks me again.

And Starrunner, you post your ideas, as a Staff Member, in the Staff Discussion Section. That is the entire reason it is there. You being hasty and not paying attention to much that I say, and your taking the blunt form and not trying to grasp any other concept behind it. If I was to leave, I would've deleted everything I put into this site; All my characters, custom pokemon, the eggs I added in the egg shop, and many parts of the Minoru region.
