Striaton city a place for meeting friends and battles

Zane cycled into the city and looked around before cycling over to a cafe and sitting down for a spot of lunch at a two seater table in case someone wanted to join him in fact he was hoping someone would join him that he could be friends with and tucked into his lunch not realizing he was sitting at the gym cafe as he'd never actually seen it before in person.

The waitress came and gave him his bill.

Zane paid the waitress the money and looked up to the sign before realizing it was the gym so he went inside and called in "hey are the gym leaders here i wanna battle" he awaited them to come out from wherever they were.

All three gym leaders came out of a back room, Poke Ba;ls in tow.
"Which Starter did you pick?" Asked Cilan.

Zane heard this and said "i didn't pick a starter i got my own team from scratch" he paused for a minute before saying "and i want to challenge you all" he then thought for a second before saying "if i win 2 out of three i get the badge in a set of 1 on 1 battles?" and awaited their reply before walking calmly over to the battle field and awaiting them there sitting on a rock.

The three looked at each other.
"Okay," said Cilan. He wasn't sure what the point of Zane's request was, but he would go with it.
"I'll go first," he said to his brothers. He stepped forward and brought out a level 12, male Lillipup.
"Would you like to make the first move?" he asked Zane.

Zane looked to Cilan "sure" he then threw up Rufflet's pokeball calling Rufflet out. Zane then looked to Lilipup to try and figure out what move would be best that's when he had an idea and called to Rufflet "Rufflet use Wing attack Quickly" He then nodded at his choice and smiled before looking in anticipation to the moves outcome as Rufflet's wings started to go a Bright white and Rufflet flew towards Lilipup with speed.

(I banned him, too.)
Rufflet's powerful attack smashed into Lillipup, knocking the poor Pokemon backwards. He shook it off, however, and turned his head towards Cilan.
"Bite," said Cilan simplistically. Lillipup turned back to Rufflet and began bounding forward, his jaw open wide.

Rufflet flew up and done a loop the loop to distract Lilipup before having it's wing hit but Rufflet kept on going by shaking it off and Listening to Zane who reacted calling "Use another wing attack and keep it up" Rufflet flew at Lilipup and kept trying to slap Lilipup with it's wings. Zane smiled watching Rufflet's attempts and saw the move unfold.

Lillipup was battered by Rufflet's wings again and again, and his health was getting rather low. Not quite enough to knock him out, but enough to make Cilan start to worry a bit.
"Bite again," he commanded. Lillipup just opened his mouth and waited for Rufflet to come around again. When Rufflet did, Lillipup clamped down hard, hoping to connect with Rufflet.

Rufflet swung in for another wing attack slap getting it's wing bitten hard Rufflet stumbled back a few steps before Zane called to it "you ok to continue" Rufflet flew towards Lilipup again with another wing attack Zane looked to it and said "i'll take that as yeah then" he smiled at his Rufflet's sheer determination. Zane repeated his last command "once again keep up the wing attacks" Zane fist pumped as he said it and Rufflet flew at Lilipup before trying to use the wing attack slaps once more. Zane watched the move unfold.

A critical hit! Lillipup fainted right there.
Rufflet gained 12 EXP and leveled up!
"No!" exclaimed Cilan. He composed himself. "Pansage, come on out here," he called. Pansage popped out of his Poke Ball. "Sage!" he exclaimed enthusiastically.
"Use Fury Swipes," said Cilan. Pansage zoomed up to Rufflet and slashed at it wildly with his claws, trying to slice it up.

(what? my remember what my character said in a series of 1 on 1 battles, 1 pokemon on 1)

Rufflet flew up to avoid it before Zane called over to Cilan "woah what's going on man i should have been more clear earlier when i said a series of 1 on 1 battles i meant one of your pokemon i battle and one of each of your brothers unless i beat the next person in which i'll have already beaten the trio because it will have been 2 out of 3 beaten and trust me i plan on beating him" Zane took a breath and looked back to Cilan before holding up Rufflet's pokeball and pushed the button Rufflet who was flying round in circle's in the air got caught by the red light and returned to his pokeball. Zane then looked at all of his other pokeball's deciding on which one to battle using next. That's when he looked to his next friend Drilbur's pokeball before throwing it up into the air and calling him out. "so here's my next pokemon who's next to be beaten of you two then?" he smiled as he was a lively guy who could be seen as overly confident at times.

Cilan returned the Pansage and Cress stepped forward.
"I'll go next," he said. He brought out a Poke Ball and opened it. Out came a Lillipup. He looked at Zane, waiting for him to make the first move.

Zane smiled saying "so your the next one" he looked to Cilan "nice battling dude" he looked back to Cress "good luck" Drilbur looked to Zane before leaping backwards and using Mud slap and then forcing it forward at Lilipup with a Rapid spin also causing the mud to spin at high speed Drilbur kept on target heading for Lilipup. Zane pushed his hair back and said "and that's the way we do it" he chuckled a bit and watched the move unfold.
