Mason battles with his pokemon in mind at all times so, if his pokemon become injured then he'll slow the pace down or even return them to their pokeball's. He is a great tactician and can work well with his surroundings to use them in battle. He uses move combinations to strengthen his moves and use them to their best ability.

Mason grew up in The Village Of Dragons in the Unova Region. Due to this he has always liked Dragon Type pokemon both for their strength and their ancient wisdom. He learnt from the elder of the village how to communicate with pokemon so they help him to solve his problems and learn both new and old things. Mason also enjoys exploring, adventuring and climbing as, being part of The Village Of Dragons he's learnt to be one with nature.

Mason can sense the feelings of others and is considered a bit of a joker, sometimes making jokes at inappropriate times. Mason isn't one for focusing on appearance, he prefers to look deeper than that at a person's true self. He is easy to befriend and is a great cook, being able to put together a gourmet meal from what others would call leftovers.

History:
Mason grew up in The Village Of Dragons, with his Mother (Lily - 42), Father (Jason - 44), Older Sister (Abbie - 18) and Younger Brother (Adrian - 7). He would run errands for the villagers who needed it and in return would be repaid with money, food and even advice. One day though he was out on an errand when he ran into a mysterious stranger in the forest, that taught him to harness his natural ability to talk with pokemon, telling him that he was one of the unique few destined for greatness, to this Mason just laughed not fully believing the hooded man, but agreeing to stay and train anyway after completing his errand.

Once the errand was completed Mason returned to the spot where the Mysterious Stranger was only to find that he had left and in his place was two of his pokemon, that was clearly left to teach Mason what he needed to know through Mason's ability to talk with pokemon. These pokemon grew up to become Mason's best friends and these pokemon were his Deino and Dratini. Following the completion of his training he returned to the village preparing for a journey to travel and venture to new regions, making new friends, meeting new pokemon and discovering new places.
