Pokedex: This Pokemon is very eccentric, it prefers swimming on its back while sticking its bill out of the surface to play tricks on people. It's fur colour stays with it through its entire life and can decieve its opponents, its bill colour changes as it matures. It has not yet developed eyesight, but relies on "Electrolocation".

Pokedex: This Pokemon has finally developed its eyesight and mastered its protective instincts. Its primary asset is its overly large tail which works much like the tongue of a human. When in danger it can contract it, to make it strong- when escape is needed it can simply flatten it out and use it as a tail to swim viciously through the water.

Okay ladies and gentlemen these are my Water-based starter Pokemon: Use them for Minoru if you wish, i'll do proper manga style drawings for each as soon as possible. Im also working on Grass and Fire.

Note: I still need names for the second and final evolution as I am not satisfied with the names I concocted myself. Thanks for your time. :)

P.S: These sprites were made COMPLETELY from scratch, I did not steal from any prior created sprites in any way, shape or form.

I see an issue. Under 'level' on both of the evo's, you've put 1-100, even though they couldn't be beneath level 18 and 36, respectively. An edit is in order.

I copied the templates from another user. Couldnt be bothered to change it. But you're right.
