Petalburg and On! (Open)

Azod Ventarius entered the city and took a look around. On his way here he had been annoyed by some Poochyenas but Treecko took care of them. He walked towards the Pokemon Center taking some deep breaths. He went inside and handed Treecko's Pokeball to Nurse Joy. After a few minutes Nurse Joy handed the Pokeball back and bowed saying,"Hope to see you again soon!" Azod nodded then headed back out no idea where to go now.

alex was coming out of the pokecenter and saw someone looking around. excuse me, are you lost alexander asked. ii know this city well maby i can help you?

Azod looked at the guy who spoke. "I guess you could say I'm lost, more likely I have no idea where to go from here. Rustboro for badge but I want a new member for my team." At those words Treecko popped out of his Pokeball and stared at the man. "By the way I'm Azod. You?" He put his hand out to shake.

Alex shook the hand. I am alexander. so where do you want to go?

"Rustboro. First Badge is there. But a little side track for another Pokemon would be nice. Any good places that have strong Pokemon?" Azod asked. Treecko walked around itching for a battle. "And somewhere nearby would be better."

well you can try a forest. its at the east side of the gym but you could also battle me alexander said with a smile on his face. i will tell you i am not easy to defeat. so what do you say

Azod chuckled and looked at Treecko who jumped up and down. "Your on. Center is nearby so I have nothing to lose besides some money. Ready Treecko?" "Treecko Tree!" Treecko jumped in front ready to battle. (Treecko Level 12 Male)

(k my pokemon are murkrow male level 15 and beldum level 12, teddiursa level 10 male)
i don't need money alex said i just want to have a good battle. alex went to the pokecentre hoping that azod would follow him as turned around, ok you can choose you pokemon first alex said but i will warn you again i am strong

He followed and then stopped shortly as Treecko stepped forward as his only Pokemon. "I may only have one but you can use all 3 no matter how strong you are!" Treecko nodded and waited for the opposing Pokemon to appear.

ah a treecko alex said, i never saw one of these before but because it is green i think it is a grass typ so i will begin easy. come on out teddiursa Alexander yelled as he threw the pokeball and teddiursa appeared in front of him. now show me what you got he said

"Ok. Treecko start off with Swords Dance." Treecko went into an elaborate dance to raise its attack. "Don't think I will lay down and let you tread on me!"

ok you will raise your attack and we will break down your defense alexander said ok, teddirsa use leer he said as teddiursa glared at treecko making sure that his defense would go down.. ok teddiursa use scratch he said as teddiursa ran over to treecko for to scratch him

"Predictable. Treecko, down low and Pound!" Treecko finished Swords Dance then got low rushing Teddiursa and sweeping tail at his legs! "Come on..."

teddiursa you know what to do alexander said as teddiursa nodded. she saw the tail of treecko coming but instead of hitting her she fell on the ground dodged it and used fake tears to make treecko feel guilty that he "hit'' her. nice teddiursa alexander thought. he knew fake tears would work because it wasn't a attack and you couldn't dodge it

Treecko started to have tears in his eyes and backed away. Azod rolled his eyes and laughed. "Swords Dance lets go!" Treecko nodded as the tears kept going and Treecko once more went into the elaborate dance. "You touched Treecko's feelings alright. He feels guilty...great. No problem...just..uh...no idea now."

i sure have an idea teddiursa walk toward him while using fake tears he said. teddiursa stood up and began to walk to treecko she began to cry louder and made a move that she wanted to hug him. this is going great alex thought when she hugs him i will use scratch and we will damage him

Azod smiled as Treecko went to hug Teddiursa. "Good friends." He smiled softly knowing his next action after the hug.

now teddiursa alex yelled use scratch. teddiursa had an evil smile and in the blink of an eye she used scratch hoping to have damage the foe's treecko come standing in front of me teddiursa he said as teddiursa came to him. did it work he thought

His eyes widened and so did his smile as he yelled, "Tail!" Treecko caught the scratch with his tail taking some damage. "Now Abosrb." Treecko launched two small beams of light at Teddiursa which at close range and Teddiursa being held by Treecko's powerful tail were sure to hit dead on for the drain to begin.

nice on as he saw that treecko absorbed a little bit of teddiursa's HP teddiursa come back he said as teddiursa returned to the pokeball come on out beldum he yelled as the small steel pokemon appeared in front of him. he is a steel typ so most of your attacks will be useless. now beldum use take down alex yelled as beldum flew to treecko at high speed

"Treecko spin!" Treecko spins around as Beldum rushes by making Treecko dizzy and dealing a good bit of damage. "Try abosrb!" Treecko shakes head and fires two beams at Beldum for absorb. "Impressive speed for a Beldum!"

beldum now when he is absorbing your HP use take down. alex knew it would work because when a pokemon absorbs another pokemon's HP the can't stop until the draining is over so beldum rushed again to treecko. the take down wouldn't deal much damage to beldum so there was no problem in using it

Treecko continued to drain as Beldum rushed forward. "Treecko pound when drain is over..."
His voice was calm and cool. Beldum neared and Treecko stopped absorbing then raised his tail and slammed it down as Beldum crashed into Treecko causing an explosion of dust and gravel.

beldum go through with the take down he said when he saw that treecko hit beldum beldum forced himself toward treecko and hit the foe sending flying. you should know that normal and grass moves aren't really effective to steel types alex said while beldum returned in front of him

He laughed. "And you should know that Treecko's pound wasn't meant to hit Beldum anyways!" Treecko popped out from the tree he landed in and seemed fine. "It was meant to weaken the attack enough that Treecko could land softly in a tree." Treecko jumped down slightly shaken but seemed fine. "Of course you won." Treecko fell down too tired to continue and fainted. "Return Treecko." He returned Treecko to his Pokeball.
