Looks: Sioux Looks Exactly like his Avatar Pic. His hair I dark blue and covers the top portion of his face. His eyes are a Piercing red color and his eye shape's are Narrowed. His Skin is a Milky yet pale complexion, As for his clothing it consist of ceremonial Dragon village garbs which consist of a royal red and gold Jacket that is complimented by the pale under shirt. His Pants were skin tight black jeans as for his shoes they are all black.
Personality: At First look Sioux appears to be a Kindred spirit...But that is merely becuase he has a very girly voice. In actually Sioux is a Secluded being...he spends the majority of his time training...he never has time for "Friendship" With any one besides his pokemon. He Though enjoys the more Beautiful things in life as he s very vain and judgmental when it come to appearance. He is a rather Flamboyant being at time though he is also rude to those he dosee not like or thinks is Ugly...But he has the Utmost respect for Pokemon...It people he dosent like... But with good reason
History: Sioux's Birth was a Complete and total mistake...For he was never meant to be conceived...but when his mother found out she was pregnant it was far to late to do anything about it...from even before birth he was already being hated by those who were supposed to lve him. Once he was born he found that he was Different than other members of the Dragon village...his Affinity towards dragon pokemon was incredibly higher than all the rest...he was able to mentally communicated with dragon pokemon as if talking to another member of the human race. As her grew up Sioux was always treated as an outcast for his unique ability instead of his clan embracing him...they rejected him...and so one day a fearsome dragon pokemon was enraged with the dragon village. it rampaged and destroyed countless people...the entire village looked to Sioux to save them...his mother gripping his leg as he stood and watched them be torn to shreds by the dragon might....He Simply did to them what they had done to him...He turned his back and rejected them. Taking with him his Dieno His first and only pokmon friend as of right now he set off on a journey to become a revered dragon master in hopes that one day when he returned to the dragon viallge they would forget the past and reconize his current power.

Everything information-wise looks good, I especially liked the history. Deino can also have an Egg Move, and an infinite learnset is allowed, so fee free to add one. You don't have to, but you can ^^

Thanks i added Dark Pulse as his Egg move...and im not sure but if infinite move set means i can put any deni move on him than i added a few extra moves if thats ok.

No, sorry, it just means that Denio can learn more than the 4 moves allowed in the games and anime. Please remove the unlearned moves, though they will be added once learned ^^
