( Sorry for dubble post,my gastly is lvl 10 and he can beat treecko, my gastly can use all atacks on treecko, while he can only use one. )

it hits then treecko uses leer(stat reducing normal attacks work cause when i face a rattata with my gastly it uses tail whip and it works)

Treecko jumped in the air waiting for gastly to appear

Then gastly carefully moved on roof and licked treecko from behind

Gastly dodged leer xD and hide himself into a big rock from there he used lick

treecko dodged with quick attack ( normal attacks are still useful :P )and used another absorb
