Is a cool guy who is easy to make friends with, Charlie is highly competitive and doesn't back down without a fight. Charlie is extremely friendly and always strives to do his best no matter what. Charlie grew up around boats having grown up in Canalave City therefore constantly traveling he has got strong sea legs and knows how to navigate a storm at sea by boat. Charlie always goes about life a carefree soul not worrying much about others only him and his pokemon, maybe a couple of extremely close friends but always his pokemon.

Charlie knows the best ways to raise his pokemon to become a winning team having followed Pokemon Baccer since it had originally began routing for the Jubilife Reds and visiting all their games. Charlie eventually decided to start his own teams for the tournaments = The Canalave City Blues.

History:
Charlie grew up watching Pokemon Baccer on TV whenever it was on following the tournaments and learning from the matches as he realized there was special battle techniques involved what you couldn't necessarily learn in ordinary battles or Trainer School. One day however he figured that as his team had lost the day previous and there was nothing else to do for the rest of the year he'd form his own team: The Canalave City Blues, with two teams the A-Team and The B-Team, The A-Team being the Budew Evolutionary Line and the B-Team being the Abra Evolutionary Line.

He would train day and night raising his pokemon to be the best that they can be in the hopes of one day competing and winning a tournament with his teams. Therefore he asked his parents permission to leave on a journey and they agreed his journey beginning, to conquer the Sinnoh League and Win the Pokemon Baccer World Cup...
