Easter Event: Markj1998 vs. Ariel

The elite 4 members were getting ready for their first challenger.The First of them Ariel Seaflame was peparing her pokemon for the battle while others went to have fun.

Cody stepped out onto the field and looked up, pushing his hair back out of his eyes allowing his Seismitoad to come out calling out "ok then let's not waste time and lets get started" continuing on to his big reveal "Come on Out to battle Cyano!" Seismitoad emerging and looking to Ariel his big eyes looking tired and sleepy as he stared his gaze appearing to slice straight through her, his faint breathing the only thing able to be heard as he slowly bobbed up and down watching for her pokemon to appear for a battle.

Ariel finished brushing her flareon and saw the first challenger with his Sesmitoad. "Oh hallo there! Welcome to our Easter Dome. And I'm pretty sure that you are ready to be defeated. Go Magmar!" said she and released her Magmar. When Magmar touched the ground it started to shake. From the corners of the room the lava started to erupt and the whole room was surounded by the flames. "Now that decoration is done, we can begin! Magmar use Fire Blast!" Magmar jumped and released an attack with an intense blast of all-consuming fire.

Cody looked around his eyes widening as he saw the flames he called across to Seismitoad "Cyano quickly dodge it!" as Cyano rolled aside watching the flames hit the ground where he was once standing he disliked the fact though that he had been made to move from his spot and out of anger and annoyance he prepared for an attack. Cody knew exactly what this meant calling to Seismitoad "Ok nice one Cyano now use Echoed Voice!" Seismitoad opened it's mouth and began bellowing out a loud high-pitched sound in a circular formation one after the other, all surrounding the air around him with this noise. Cody had known this was coming and placed in his earplugs to prevent the sound from hurting his ears whilst he watched the attacks head straight for Magmar full power from the anger and annoyance formed by his dislike for having to move and be energetic. Seismitoad's eyes were arched as the move was used staring straight at Magmar and following Magmar around the room with the attack whenever Magmar tried to escape.

Ariel putted her arms on ears to prevent the noise, while Magmar was damaged. ''Magmar use Thunder Punch now!" shouted Ariel and Magmar couldn't do it probably because of the noise around him.

Cody liked the fact his plan was working whilst Seismitoad stepped the plan up a bit Cody watched as Magmar's eyes slowly closed in an attempt to block out the sound calling to Seismitoad "Cyano now quickly let's double this plan up a step and use Drain Punch!" Seismitoad agreeing and raising it's left fist, a green ball of energy appearing on it whilst he kept up the Echoed Voice attack running forwards with it leaving no chance for Magmar to escape from the pain inflicted on his ears. Seismitoad then thrusted it's fist and the ball of energy into Magmar's chest a grim smile appearing on his face. Cody muttered under his breath "yeah that's the way we do it" watching the move take place right in front of him each move done and performed with precision.

Magmar was damaged badly but when he took the strike, he used thunder punch on Sesmitoad. "Thats my cutie pokemon!" smiled Ariel still holding her hands on ears.

Cody laughed knowing this was gonna be a useless move as Seismitoad appeared unaffected Seismitoad's eyes narrowed as it drew back it's fist unexpectedly and continued using Echoed Voice in Magmar's ears for Maximum damage Cody shouted across once more "Cyano's a water and ground type so due to the ground part of him the move has been cancelled out, now Cyano use another Drain Punch and let's finish this!" the Green ball of energy reappeared on Seismitoad's fist as Seismitoad mouth broke into a grin bringing down the fist hard aiming to smash it into Magmar's head to defeat Magmar in one quick and powerful blow. Cody knew that Seismitoad hadn't taken any damage so far and was therefore pristine for the next battle to face Ariel's next pokemon whenever the time came about, Cody muttered under his breath earplugs still in "now let's just hope this works" eager for the move to be made and this match to be over yet the match was starting to heat up now theoretically and if there was one thing Cody liked more than anything else it was a heated battle.

"Oh my.. Aren't cha the clever boy? But we are just heating up, right magmar?" smiled Ariel. Magmar dodged the punch and stood infront of Seismitoad "Use attract!" smiled Ariel. Magmar winked and filled the arena with hearts. "No pokemon can resist our charm, right magmar? hahaha" laughed she.

Cody remembered something, Seismitoad raising both arms and calling upon a muddy water attack which flooded away and destroyed some of the hearts there were only four left when Cody shouted across something from a former lesson "Ok Cyano quickly raise the pitch of the Echoed Voice now" Seismitoad done as Cody said reaching a frequency that caused the hearts to implode Seismitoad managing to have destroyed them all and continued the echoed voice appearing to laugh whilst doing this his eyes arching and Seismitoad raised the arm once more, putting an elbow in front of him for defense and summoning a Muddy Water attack hoping this would take Magmar by surprise having done this as trained without Cody having told him to. Seismitoad attempted to bring the Muddy Water down on Magmar in which it would hopefully be finished there and then. Cody just smiled calling across "Yeah that's the way we do it when Cyano's around" the smile easily seen as anyone could notice that Cody was happy with Seismitoad and his moves and especially the way battle was going.

Magmar couldnt escape so it used attract before muddy water K.O-ed she. A huge amount of hearts tried to hit Seismitoad. "Oh no! Return Magmar. You have done the great job. Nice one Cody. But can you handle this? Goooo Ninetails!" said Ariel and released her Ninetails. "You may start first." added she.

Seismitoad watched the hearts fade having avoided them all following Magmar's K.O. Cody called across "Thanks and trust me I can deal with this and anything else you throw at me so again Cyano Echoed Voice!" however Seismitoad's throat was now hurting, Cody soon noticing and instead saying "Ok then instead let's use Muddy Water again!" Seismitoad forcing and thrusting his right arm forwards summoning up the attack and firing it off directly at Ninetales, Cody watching the attack gush forward. Cody nodded speaking to himself "now to wait til Cyano gets his voice back and then we'll restart the vocal assault" knowing this would probably work watching for the attack's outcome and hoping for the best but, he wasn't worried and never will be, in his eyes the end was just beginning.

Ninetails dodged it easily "Good Girl, now use Giga Impact." said Ariel and Ninetails started to run at Seismitoad with massive power.

Cody gained an Idea looking down and noticing the marble floor he called to Seismitoad "Cyano use Rain Dance!" Seismitoad moving it's arms to the air with rhythmic maneuver's the rain pouring down with speed and causing the floor to become slippery also weakening fire type moves. Cody knew what this was probably going to do as he watched Ninetales run across the floor with speed knowing the floor as it was slippery should probably cause Ninetales to fall over and it would also have to recharge for a turn following it. Seismitoad moved to the side anyway with a massive leap just to help this it's large feet landing without slipping as it knew Ninetales at this speed and turning would soon be down for an attack.

Ninetails focused on the floor and rain, and since Giga Impact isnt fire type move it doesen't matter. Ninetails developed souch a speed and it was about to hit Seismitoad. "Thats my foxy! Go Ninetails!" shouted Ariel.

Seismitoad suddenly disappeared as it had leapt into the air landing it's massive feet behind Ninetales and Cody called out "Now lets use Muddy Water go Cyano!" Seismitoad using a Muddy Water attack what had boosted power due to the rain heading straight for Ninetales with speed and it was a sign to Cody of Ninetales impending doom.

Ninetails was seriously damaged with the attack, but is managed to survive that. "Now use Hyper Beam!" Shouted Ariel! Ninetails opened her mouth and released a huge power going full speed to Seismitoad.

Seismitoad was hit by it and was seriously injured by the attack yet didn't show it in his emotion's. Cody shouted out to Seismitoad "you ok there buddy?" Seismitoad nodding and Cody called across once more "Ok then Cyano whilst Ninetales is recharging you ready to use Echoed Voice" Seismitoad nodded Cody grinning as he placed his earplugs back in and Seismitoad belted out a high powered Echoed Voice once more surrounding the air around him and Seismitoad's arched red eyes began their stare once more focusing the attack.

"Ninetails use dig!" said Ariel and then she covered her ears with her hand. Ninetails managed to dig a hole ans she entered in it. "I know dig wont effect more on Seismitoad but at least shes safe." while Ariel was talking Ninetails exited and tried to hit Seismitoad.

Seismitoad swiftly dodged continuing the vocal assault on Ninetales and used a quick Drain Punch on Ninetales side whilst not letting up with the Echoed Voice, Cody grinned "yeah go Cyano" Seismitoad wasn't put off maintaining focus and the accuracy was second-to-none speedily putting all the power and strength he could into it.

Ninetails took the hit and fainted. "Oh no! Ninetails return! You are good trainer, but lets see can you handle this! Go Charizard!" said Ariel and released her Charizard. "Use Dragon Claw!" Charizard Growled and begun flying on Seismitoad and he tried to use dragon claw on him.

Seismitoad continued the Echoed Voice's vocal assault and stood his ground gritting his teeth, and as Charizard flew in Seismitoad unexpectedly decided to leap up and used Drain Punch on Charizard's nose as Charizard dived down into it aswell Seismitoad hoping to have hit Charizard when it's Dragon Claw attack was unprepared. Cody calling to Seismitoad "Yeah that's it go dude full power" Cody thrusting his fist forwards getting pumped by the battle which was entering the final stages.
