Syco's battle style is strong and quick. He aims to dominate his opponent as quickly as possible, going out 100% from the beginning and keeping his enemies under pressure, not allowing any time to think nor rest.
Looks:

Syco always wears a suit. Most commonly he is seen wearing a black hat and a black suit with yellow shirt under it. His suit is quite stretchy and fits him perfectly, making it easy to move around. He also wears a hand watch.

Personality:
Syco is the type of person to take action when needed. He doesn't simply watch or walk away when he sees something is wrong. Syco is very protective person, especially to those who are weaker than others. Wherever he goes he is always wearing a suit, always. Syco also knows a little magic, different card tricks, making things appear out of nowhere and such. Although he is really good at fighting he tries to avoid it as much as possible. Although he tries to hide it as much as possible he is extremely skilled at not being seen and kidnapping people. Syco is also somewhat experienced in using aura. Syco is very educated in several subjects. He also knows a lot about pokemon, specially Kanto's. He has many contacts with powerful people because of his previous jobs. Although currently not having many goals in life he still somewhat wishes to destroy Team Rocket.

History:
Syco was born at Cinnabar Island. Both of his parents were highly skilled agents working with their pokemon against evil organizations in Kanto such as Team Rocket. Because of that Syco's parents were often away and he was taken care by his guardians. He received a lot of physical and mental training, because his parents wanted him to become a skilled agent someday and thus thought that starting training him early would be good. Syco got his first pokemon at the age of 11, a young and strong willed charmander. Over time Syco grew smarter, stronger and more skilled, and so did his charmander, who evolved into a charizard in 2 years. Because after training he was always really tired and didn't have any time for playing and such, so he practically had no childhood nor any friends.

At the age of 17 he also started working as an agent against Team Rocket. He quickly became a nuisance to them and got a nickname "Bermuda", because of his skills to "make people disappear without a trace". The glory soon rushed into Syco's head and he wanted harder tasks. He didn't get any harder tasks though because he was too inexperienced. One time he decided to follow his parents on a mission. Because of one simple mistake he got both of his parents killed, including his Charizard. Syco was able to escape though but because of his mistake and foolishness he was fired and was strictly forbid to do anything more against Team Rocket.

At that point Syco didn't even really care about it. He was really depressed and rarely even did anything. Most of the time he just slept in the bed, regretting his mistake. One day he decided to finally go out and he met a really interesting and wise old man and his lucario. The man saw how depressed Syco was and taught him many things about life and that he shouldn't live in the past. He also learned about aura from the old man and his pokemon. After that Syco decided to leave his past behind and live in the present, one moment at a time.
