The personality can be a bit longer, and so can the history, like at least one more sentence. Your grammar and spelling can use a little work but it's no biggy. You might as well put what town Ray was born in for birthplace.
Dratini needs a gender, The moves it knows at that level is wrap, leer, thunder wave and twister. Dratini's ability is shed skin. Fix this please
