Effect: Increases speed slightly for every successful hit on the enemy pokemon.
Secondary Effect:
Description: As the user is battling, the blows that make impact on the opponent raise the user's spirit and make them faster. The raised speed deactivates if the user misses.
Looks: The user moves more quickly
Type: Defensive

I can accept this. It seems pretty reasonable to be used, as in succession you'd get stronger. It has a major weakness that can be exploited by almost any pokemon.
