I think I am slowly being drawn to the same fate as Ellis. I think I might retire from staff. Just that what I say is rarely ever helpful, and I haven't really done much to help. I'm posting this in free discussion in case I do. Just that my ideas are either hardly listened to, or they are pushed aside as useless. Pretty much, I got nothing to offer. When was the last time I actually moderated a topic or approved a trainer application?

You've been a big help, your a good friend and modder when your asked to mod. You speak your mind most of the time

Whoa wait, first, I would like to admit, your joke made sense, and I did laugh out loud real hard, as it was true all in all, sounds awkward when I put it this way but yeah.

Yoite, lemme say. You are not a bad staff member you see. I'm giving my honest opinion.

It's like, you got the ingredients for the best chocolate but you were a little too saving and careful so you use a little less of those ingredients while making the chocolate, which made it taste a little worse than the great chocolate it would have been if you had used it properly, if you get what I mean xD

Well, in here, it would be; you have what it takes to be a great staff member if you try. You can mod well, have nice set of ideas usually ignored, (I understand, you don't know the pain. 50% of staff forum topics started by me, 48% staff forum topics dead. Tell me that isn't bad -.-) which could come in handy if you express the ideas a little more and if any one of us brats would listen. You also have one thing most of us (other than Namine) doesn't; sensitivity. Not too sensitive on retirement thread, but I could figure you were disappointed in being ignored at staff forum, you just gotta let it go, I know this better than anybody else, trust me.

You shouldn't be a Mod in Training nor should you be a Mod, you should really be an admin, you deserve it better than some of us do. You could be a nice replacement for nottellingsomeknowsomedont as well.
