Evan is rather short for her age as well as flat chested, this added to the fact that she is very immature, she is often mistaken for being much younger than she really is. She has hazel eyes, and light brown hair which she cuts herself.
Personality: Evan basically likes most people and Pokemon, however she is easily excitable and energetic to such a point that most people find her annoying. Because of this, she is used to being alone but she never gives up trying to be friends with anyone. Evan is a major pushover and is willing to do almost anything as long as she can be considered 'part of the group' though there are certain lines she will not cross. Pokemon abuse is one of those few instances. She will not tolerate any form of Pokemon abuse, weather straight out violence or just overly extensive training and she is not afraid to speak her mind on the matter either. Evan usually acts rather childish and enjoys playing around like a small child would; often stopping to play in puddles or mud and always gushing over how cute Pokemon are. She is very naïve and oblivious to others though she does try often to relate.
History: Because of her overly energetic personality, Evan had very little contact with other kids growing up and it is hard for her to act 'normal', often saying and doing inappropriate things at the worst possible moment. When Evan was younger, she found solace in Pokemon when other kids her age rejected her, because of this, and the fact that her mother's job is Pokemon Care, Evan is very good with Pokemon and knowing what they want and need. She is quite adept at understanding them as well and occasionally interprets for them when a message needs to be gotten across.
