History:
Regiby were first born in caves. They stuck out, looking like nuggets from the outside. This attracted thieves and miners. One day, a Miner accidentally mined on a Regiby, waking it from it's sleep. The regiby killed the man, and attacked the village. This was the first discovered Regiby.

Regiby was thought to be a cause of Unknown, but later, this was proved wrong, when the Legendary Golem Trios were discovered. They made the fact it had a writing on it's face like the rest, and cried 'Regi' as well.
This attracted science to figure out a way, how to tur Regiby, into
the supossedly advanced version, Regice, Registeel, and Regirock.

Through advanced methods of science and a long period of time, the subject was proved impossible. Regiby, turned out to be a weaker, minor, multiple version, which follow orders of Regice, Regirock, and Registeel(s)
Similar to how each trio follows their Regigigas.

Science, keeping that aside. Regiby are known to be incredibly rare to be found. The only place with hopes are caves. By digging and mining, there is the 1 in a 100000 chace of findingg one, they say. But thats not the case. The Regiby isn't common, but it isn't that rare either. Though it is currently the rarest type of stone currently, one is likely to spot one with the chance of finding a shiny. This attracted thieves, not only science. Thieves robbbed them from labs and miners. After that, the markets began putting prices for Regiby stones. It made them the costliest item ever, being 1,000,000,000,000, 000 for one of them. But disasters started to occur. The mined out Regiby (s) awakened and attacked markets and buyers. This spread worldwide, until they were stopped by Regigigas.
During their invasion, they were not seen properly, and was known as the shadow killers, believing in how they killed the shop owners without them seeing, believing it was another species of pokemon.

In the history, as centuries passed, the Regiby orb was forgotten. Only a few remember or even heard about it. But miners and science, still consider Regiby as a costly pokemon.

If u follow it that way, Zoroark is not a legendary. If you insist on Zoroak being a legendary, Manaphy's one too. Similar case here

Zoroark is NOT a legend, Manaphy IS a legend. Anyways, I agree that legends shouldn't have (pr)evo's. Another thing: Wonder Guard doesn't automatically make the Pokemon's health be 1- that's just Shedinja.

Yeah but its cheap if the health isnt 1. Manaphy does technically have a prevo but theres no methoed of it evolving. When you think about it, its not tht as long as u make the items heaps rare.

Since there's no method of evolving it there's no reason to call it a prevo. Prevo= Pre-evolution. Therefore Phione is not related to Manaphy through evolution.

Hmmm, technically, game-code wise it is, and this guy doesnt have any method of evolution yet eityer since the items arent approved.

What about i made it a minor, instead of a prevo?
Like Regigigas is said to be the leader of the other 3 in the games...
I can make this one a minor, weaker than the trio you know. EDITED according to this.

I just don't like the fact that it can evolve into a legend. I'm sorry, but that's the way it is- unless you can change my mind... But that would take a lot of convincing.

No legendary evolve from or into any other Pokemon. Manaphy is a legendary since there is no way to produce a Manaphy through breeding or evolution. Zoroark evolves from Zorua and can breed to produce more, and so is NOT a legendary. As for wonderguard: no, it's not. In fact, you can get a spiritomb with wonderguard ability, that's the ultimate cheap version. You can't have a ??? type because as stated it's not a type anymore, not to mention if it has wonderguard ability it would NEVER lose since NO TYPE is super effective against ??? type.

Normal, since it is a minor of the Regis, it should be normal type so when it becomes an actual Regi it gets an all new type. Also Im fine with it evolving into a regi but only to replace a dead one. I mean if Regice dies, then it sheds it skin and a Regiby takes its place, as the Regis are hardly immortal but they need replacing.
