Personality: Paul is friendly, kind and looks after his friends. He takes pokemon seriously, enjoying contests over battling, but doesn't hate battling entirely. He belives pokemon are only as strong as the bond they share, and always makes sure his pokemon are healthy before himself.
History: Paul grew up moving around Minoru. He lived in every city long enough to explore it and find out everything there was in those places. The longest he ever lived somewhere was Moonlight City, finding a rather liking to Naiya. She was friendly, and happened to be his cousin. He later went to Rosemary to get his starter.
