Personality: Dark, dismissive and rude. He forces his Pokemon to do is bidding, and his Sneasel seems to follow his behaviour: Sneasel constantly injures its opponent further than required.
History: Vex was born to caring parents who soon noticed that their child had a problem. He was ruder to them, more dismissive to them, and more angry at them then they imagined. They ditched him at a Pokemon Center, where Nurse Joy took him in and somehow calmed his behaviour, albeit only slightly. He soon escaped and ran away to Icirrus City, where he began to train his Sneasel.
