The Stars are shining!

"Nats hand me that brush right there" Grandma Tsujii asked as the bundle of red fur wiggled underneath her grip.

Nats gave a sympathetic look to her vulpix as she grabbed the brush and gave it to her.

Grandma Tsujii was mumbling about knotts and how a coordinator should always brush their pokemon five times a day but Nats wasn't really paying attention. She had other things on her mind, for instance she was going to head out of little root later but first she had to make sure she had to help her grandma with some errands.

Nats then took off from the room as vulpix gave small whines. She wanted to make sure to get the more difficult errands done so her grandma wouldn't have to strain herself.

First on the short list was to take out the weeds that had grown in their small vegetable garden. Putting on some gloves she got straight to work. An hour passed when she finally finished. But with no time for rest she went to her next errand. Picking the ripened chestnut berries that surrounded the back yard.

"Ugh" Nats groaned as she stood on top of the ladder. The berries took forever to pick because they were so hard to pull off of the branches. With a basket of chestnuts she went to her next one.

The day was coming to an end when Nats had finally finished the entire list. She stretched making sure to crack her back. She ran inside and took a quick shower just to feel fresh. After she changed into her coordinator outfit. Combing out her short purple and black hair she tossed the brush down and grabbed her bag heading out.

Grandma Tsujii was waiting by the door with Vulpix hanging from her shoulders. Nats couldn't help but to laugh at the poor pokemon who had undergone one of grandmas beaut treatments.

"Nats make sure to stop by any pokemon store to stock up on feed and also get your bikes tires checked out, You wouldn't want to be stuck in the middle of no where with no transportation" Grandma Tsujii said handing the vulpix to Nats who thanked her.

"Bachan I will be a great coordinator like you one day so please wish me luck!" Nats said as she gave a quick hug and ran out into the cool night. Her bike was black and had a black basket in the front where vulpix sat in along with a light blanket and flashlight.

"Alright vulpix tonight marks the first step to our journey, are you ready?" Nats asked as vulpix gave a loud reassuring whine. Nats then peddled off into the night.
