Effect: When the pokemon lands a critical hit, the pokemon's speed increases.
Secondary Effect: No
Description: When the pokemon lands a Critical hit, the other pokemon is phased, giving the attacking pokemon more reaction time. The speed increases by 2 stages for one turn, and they get to attack again.
Looks: The Pokemon is just a bit faster

Question! If the other Pokemon is phased, wouldn't that mean they wouldn't be able to attack next turn? Phasing them wouldn't make you faster. What about when the phase wears off? would the speed decrease back down?

Hmm, I havent considered this so, the speed increases by 2 stages for one turn, and they get to attack again.
