Brian, along with his partner Gastly and the just obtained Gible, returned to Violet City from a forest unknown to them. The group just thought that they forgot that there's a gym on Violet City.

Brian nodded and Gastly, Gible came out of their pokeballs. Gastly floated around Brian while Gible jumped around tumbling and tumbling as he stick his tongue out. Brian smiles at Gastly and Gastly gets in front of Brian ready for battle. Gible crawled to Brian's head and sat there.
